The inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer series products, ICP-6500 and ICP-6000, have undergone three major upgrades since 2016 and 2019. The core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, such as the middle step 2D optical system, RF radio frequency power supply, large array CCD data acquisition and data processing algorithms, are mature and stable, with 8-hour stability RSD<1%, reaching the advanced level of similar products. Based on this, some unique product portfolios, including high-resolution rare earth ICP-OES product, fully automatic ICP-OES product, online ICP-OES product, vehicle-mounted ICP-OES product, and factory automation ICP-OES real-time detection system have been launched successively in the field of ICP-OES technology platform.
